Our Policies

  • Payment
    Online booking requires a deposit, and the balance can be paid with card ONLY the day of your appointment. (No longer accepting Cash App or Zelle)
  • Schedule
    There is a $30-$50 NONREFUNDABLE deposit. When you book your appointment, you will be allowed to change or cancel 48 hours prior to appointment ONLY or deposit will not be applied to next appointment. If you have a picture you would like to reference, please send to 469-321-5206.
  • Late
    You are allowed a 10 minute grace period. Then 10 to 15 minutes a late fee of $25 will be added after 15 minutes. Your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Guest
    No extra guess, SPACE IS LIMITED! Just FYI i bring my newborn to the salon with me so keep in mind that i may have to stop periodically.
  • Cancellation
    Please cancel your appointment 48 hours from your appointment time must be done online only! NO REFUNDS! You will be allowed to change or cancel 48 hours prior to appointment ONLY or deposit will not be applied to next appointment.
  • COVID-19
    If you have Covid-19, I asked that you reschedule your appointment. Also, please bring mask if you are having allergies or have a cough.
  • Sezzle & Afterpay
    Keep in mind when apply for these two services, this is "preordering" your bundle deal and it can take 7-10 business days before your hair arrives. Also, there is a minimum of $150 purchase to use these services.
