Cancellation Policy

NOTE: Please make sure to drop off your Wigs, Closure or Frontal 2-3 days before your appointment or there will be a $50 same-day customization fee. You must cancel your appointment 48 hrs prior to your appointment. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE but you may transfer it if you cancel in time. Also, keep in mind NO EXTRA VISITORS/SPACE IS LIMITED! Lastly, starting April 1,2024, I’m only accepting (Buy Now Pay Later) via Afterpay or Sezzle, and cash or card (Tap)!
