Please Read Our Policy Thoroughly Prior To Booking!! Payment: Online booking requires a Deposit, and the final payment can be made with cash app or cash ONLY! Schedule: There is a $30 NONREFUNDABLE deposit. When you book your appointment, you will be allowed to change or cancel up until 48 hours prior to the appointment. If you would like to send me a picture, please send it to 469-321-5206. Late: You are allowed a 10-minute grace period. Then 10 to 15 minutes a late fee of $25 will be added. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Guest: No extra guess, SPACE IS LIMITED! Cancellation: Please cancel your appointment 48 hours from your appointment time must be done online only! NO REFUNDS! COVID-19: If you have Covid, I asked that you reschedule your appointment. Also, please bring a mask if you have allergies or a cough.
Cancellation Policy
Wig Customization Policy: Please drop off your wigs, closures, or frontals 2-3 days prior to your appointment. A $50 same-day customization fee will apply if not received within this timeframe. Payment Options: We accept cash and debit/credit payments only. Please note that state and local taxes are included at checkout for both online and in-person transactions. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: To avoid forfeiting your deposit, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. A new deposit will be required for any changes made after this period. Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the appointment is canceled in advance. Visitor Policy: Please note that no extra visitors are allowed as space is limited. Thank you for understanding!
