Service Description
This unique treatment is formulated with activated proteins and magnesium, which fuse into the hair with the application of heat. Hair breakage is drastically reduced for 4-6 weeks following use. highly recommended for hair that: Is too weak or fine to take a perm, bleach, straightener, or relaxer. (Use the week before service) Is over-bleached. Will not hold color. (Use before color application for 30% less fade after 10 shampoos and truer shades) Breaks when combed or brushed. Is mushy when wet and brittle after drying. Has lost its curl pattern due to chemical overprocessing *After the protein treatment, a deep hydrating treatment is applied to restore moisture, improve elasticity, and leave the hair soft, healthy, and revitalized.*
Cancellation Policy
Wig Customization Policy: Please drop off your wigs, closures, or frontals 2-3 days prior to your appointment. A $50 same-day customization fee will apply if not received within this timeframe. Payment Options: We accept cash and debit/credit payments only. Please note that state and local taxes are included at checkout for both online and in-person transactions. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: To avoid forfeiting your deposit, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. A new deposit will be required for any changes made after this period. Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the appointment is canceled in advance. Visitor Policy: Please note that no extra visitors are allowed as space is limited. Thank you for understanding!
