Service Description
This fee applies to ALL same-day lace customization services for lace closures, frontals, and wigs that are not pre-customized prior to the appointment. MUST ADD WHEN BOOKING SERVICE! Same-day lace customization ensures your unit is properly prepped and install-ready within the timeframe of your scheduled service, allowing for a seamless, natural finish without compromising quality. This service includes: • Precision bleaching of knots for a natural scalp illusion • Lace tinting customized to your skin tone • Hairline refinement for a realistic, undetectable finish • Light plucking and shaping (as needed) • Professional unit prep prior to installation ✨ Important Notes: • This fee is required for any SAME-DAY lace customization • Applies to closures, frontals, and wigs needing customization at the time of service • This is a prep service only and does not include installation • Fee is non-refundable once customization has begun • Proper customization is essential for longevity, realism, and a flawless melt Professional lace customization ensures your install looks luxury, seamless, and perfected—the D’vine standard 💎
Cancellation Policy
Wig Customization Policy: Please drop off your wigs, closures, or frontals 2-3 days prior to your appointment. A $50 same-day customization fee will apply if not received within this timeframe. Payment Options: We accept cash and debit/credit payments only. Please note that state and local taxes are included at checkout for both online and in-person transactions. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: To avoid forfeiting your deposit, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. A new deposit will be required for any changes made after this period. Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the appointment is canceled in advance. Visitor Policy: Please note that no extra visitors are allowed as space is limited. Thank you for understanding!
