What’s Included: PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE UPDATED POLICY -Please provide 5x5 Lace Closure +3 bundles of your choice (Unless you're bringing your Shaye D'vine Bundles). -Must drop off Closure 2-3 days before appointment to avoid the $50 same-day customization fee -Shampoo & Conditioning included ONLY if you have Shaye D'vine Bundles -Healthy Trim ONLY if you're using Shaye D'vine Bundles -Must add "$60 Outside Hair Fee" when you book if hair isn't provided by me -Sew-In Install with Secure Braid Foundation -Oil is applied to moisturize your scalp -Weaving net for longer-lasting install -Style of Your Choice Additional Info: -$20 extra per additional bundle installed. -Feel free to take advantage of the Buy Now, Pay Later option by selecting Afterpay or Sezzle at checkout. Cancellation Policy
Wig Customization Policy: Please drop off your wigs, closures, or frontals 2-3 days prior to your appointment. A $50 same-day customization fee will apply if not received within this timeframe. Payment Options: We accept cash and debit/credit payments only. Please note that state and local taxes are included at checkout for both online and in-person transactions. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: To avoid forfeiting your deposit, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. A new deposit will be required for any changes made after this period. Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the appointment is canceled in advance. Visitor Policy: Please note that no extra visitors are allowed as space is limited. Thank you for understanding!
