Service Description
This service is for clients who need a professional lace closure installation only. Perfect for refreshing your look or installing a new closure with a secure, natural finish. Service Includes: • Lace closure installation • Secure braid foundation Please Note: • Shampoo service is not included (must be booked separately if needed) • Customization is be an extra $50 of its done the day of, please drop closure off 2-3 day before appointment
Cancellation Policy
Wig Customization Policy: Please drop off your wigs, closures, or frontals 2-3 days prior to your appointment. A $50 same-day customization fee will apply if not received within this timeframe. Payment Options: We accept cash and debit/credit payments only. Please note that state and local taxes are included at checkout for both online and in-person transactions. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: To avoid forfeiting your deposit, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. A new deposit will be required for any changes made after this period. Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the appointment is canceled in advance. Visitor Policy: Please note that no extra visitors are allowed as space is limited. Thank you for understanding!
