Service Description
Our Frontal Sew-In is designed to deliver a flawless, seamless installation with premium quality and long-lasting results. This service provides a customized frontal install paired with a secure foundation for a natural, undetectable finish. To maintain consistency, quality, and the overall luxury experience, we are no longer accepting outside hair. All sew-in services are performed exclusively using Shaye D’vine Bundles to ensure optimal blending, longevity, and performance. Hair is not included in the service price and must be purchased separately after booking your installation, unless you select one of our sew-in packages, where hair is already included. If a package does not fit your specific needs, you may book the installation separately and purchase your desired hair directly through us before your appointment. Cancellation Policy
Wig Customization Policy: Please drop off your wigs, closures, or frontals 2-3 days prior to your appointment. A $50 same-day customization fee will apply if not received within this timeframe. Payment Options: We accept cash and debit/credit payments only. Please note that state and local taxes are included at checkout for both online and in-person transactions. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: To avoid forfeiting your deposit, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. A new deposit will be required for any changes made after this period. Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the appointment is canceled in advance. Visitor Policy: Please note that no extra visitors are allowed as space is limited. Thank you for understanding!
