Whether you prefer a sleek everyday style or a glamorous install, every unit is designed for comfort, longevity, and versatility. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS • I only use hair from my collection, SDP Luxury Hair • Hair must be purchased before booking this service • A consultation is required before scheduling PLEASE NOTE • All sales are final due to the custom nature of this service • Processing time begins once hair is received CUSTOMIZATION INCLUDES • Precise head measurements for a perfect fit • Lace customization (bleached knots & plucked hairline) • Lace tinting to match your skin tone • Density customization for a natural finish • Styling of your choice (straight, curls, body wave, etc.) WHY CUSTOM WIGS? • Protect your natural hair underneath • Easy to remove and reinstall • Saves time on daily styling • Reusable and long-lasting with proper care • Ideal for clients experiencing hair loss or alopecia TURNAROUND TIME Standard processing time is 7-10 business days. Cancellation Policy
Wig Customization Policy: Please drop off your wigs, closures, or frontals 2-3 days prior to your appointment. A $50 same-day customization fee will apply if not received within this timeframe. Payment Options: We accept cash and debit/credit payments only. Please note that state and local taxes are included at checkout for both online and in-person transactions. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: To avoid forfeiting your deposit, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. A new deposit will be required for any changes made after this period. Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the appointment is canceled in advance. Visitor Policy: Please note that no extra visitors are allowed as space is limited. Thank you for understanding!
