The 1-on-1 Mentorship Program is an exclusive, personalized experience designed for beauty professionals who are ready to grow in skill, confidence, and business. This mentorship goes beyond technique, providing hands-on education, strategic guidance, and real-time support tailored specifically to your goals. This program is ideal for stylists who want clarity, consistency, and elevation in all things hair, while also learning how to move with purpose and professionalism in the beauty industry. What This Mentorship Covers: All things hair (lace, wigs, installs, natural hair & extensions) Technique refinement & skill correction Wig construction (bonded & sewn units) Lace customization & flawless finishing Client consultations & retention strategies Pricing, branding & service structure Confidence, mindset & professionalism Real-time feedback and guided practice Mentorship Experience This is a hands-on, guidance-focused mentorship, not a class. You’ll receive direct access, customized instruction, and honest feedback to help you grow faster and avoid costly mistakes. Who This Is For: ✔ Beginner stylists seeking structure ✔ Self-taught artists needing direction ✔ Licensed professionals wanting to elevate ✔ Stylists ready to turn skill into income Investment: Price: $1,200 Deposit: $300 non-refundable deposit is required to enroll Remaining Balance: Due before mentorship begins Mentorship Length: 6 Weeks Number of Sessions: 6 Sessions total (1 session per week) Session Length: 2–3 hours each Booking & Mentorship Policy: Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable Mentorship sessions are scheduled in advance One reschedule permitted with 72-hour notice Late arrivals may shorten session time No-shows will result in forfeiture of payment This mentorship is commitment-based and results-driven This mentorship is designed for stylists who are ready to intentionally level up, sharpen their skills, and operate with confidence and clarity in the beauty industry. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Cancellation Policy
Wig Customization Policy: Please drop off your wigs, closures, or frontals 2-3 days prior to your appointment. A $50 same-day customization fee will apply if not received within this timeframe. Payment Options: We accept cash and debit/credit payments only. Please note that state and local taxes are included at checkout for both online and in-person transactions. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: To avoid forfeiting your deposit, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. A new deposit will be required for any changes made after this period. Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if the appointment is canceled in advance. Visitor Policy: Please note that no extra visitors are allowed as space is limited. Thank you for understanding!
